1 General Terms & Conditions

Vk22 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an internationally operated online gaming platform designed specifically to serve players from Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and vk22.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering multiplier (typically 10x–30x)

4.2 Welcome Bonus

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse and attempts to exploit the system are strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Attempting to complete wagering requirements by placing low-odds bets with bonus funds

If any such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be subject to investigation.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Results

All games on vk22 operate using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined. In the event of a technical error affecting any game result, vk22 reserves the right to void that round and refund all wagers placed.

5.2 Betting Limits

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or device issue, the system will use the last recorded server-side result. In such cases, vk22's decision is final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vk22 platform. Any such activity detected will result in immediate action:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating or receiving services across multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual
• Bot Usage: Using automated software or bots to play games or place bets
• Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money
• Account Sharing: Allowing a third party to use your account
• Hacking Attempts: Any unauthorized attempt to access the system
• False Information: Submitting false or forged documents during registration or KYC verification
• Chargeback Fraud: Fraudulently raising payment disputes to misappropriate funds

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 vk22's Rights

Vk22 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents
• Suspicious or Unusual Transactions
• Participation in Prohibited Activities
• Direction from law enforcement authorities

7.2 Closure at the User's Request

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, though active bonuses will be forfeited. If you choose self-exclusion, your account cannot be reactivated before the specified period has ended.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no logins or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. However, the account will not be closed until the balance reaches zero, and you will always have the option to withdraw any remaining funds.

8 Limitation of Liability

Vk22 accepts no liability for the following:

• Game interruptions due to loss of internet connection or device malfunction
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers
• Account password falling into a third party's hands due to the user's own negligence
• Unexpected server downtime or maintenance
• Any financial losses arising from gaming

Vk22's total liability shall never exceed the value of the transaction in question. vk22 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Vk22 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
